Grove Place, a new luxury townhome project located at 2701 SW 28 Avenue in Coconut Grove, will launch sales next month, starting with “friends and family” pricing, according to the Real Deal.
Situated on the northern edge of Coconut Grove, Grove Place will consist of 21, 3-story luxury townhomes. Grove Place will be split into two phases of construction. The first phase will include 18 of the 21 townhomes that will be split between three buildings. The second phase of construction will consist of the final 3 townhouses that will be in the fourth building on the properties’ northern end. Each luxury residence will include a 2-car garage and will be fully-equipped with smart home technology.
Each Grove Place townhome will be 3,700 total square feet, including a private rooftop terrace, with interior square footage of 2,350. Prices will begin at $250 per square foot, which would equal approximately $580,000.
Grove Place is being developed by the Paragon Group, whose principals are Jorge Gonzalez and Luis Gonzalez (unrelated). Paragon Group opted for townhomes so that the project would be a good fit for the Coconut Grove neighborhood. Developers of Grove Place will begin seeking building permits and groundbreaking is scheduled to begin at the end of this year with an estimated completion of summer 2017.
