I had an extraordinary opportunity to become the very first, and only broker to ever take a construction tour of Elysee, the newest ultra-luxe condo tower under construction in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami. Currently, construction is on the 36th floor. With a going rate of one floor per week, the developer is estimating for a November 2019 top off and closings are estimated to begin in June 2020.
