Atlantis on Brickell is a 21-story waterfront building situated along Biscayne Bay in the Brickell Financial District of Greater Downtown Miami. Atlantis on Brickell consists of only 96 condo residences offering 2 and 3-bedroom layouts featuring floor-to-ceiling windows/sliding glass doors, fully-equipped kitchens, in-unit washers/dryers and private balconies boasting stunning water views. When construction of Atlantis on Brickell began in the early 1980’s, the developer was required to restore and incorporate part of the mansion that existed on the land because of its history. The mansion was originally built in 1920 by the Tiffany family, yes, THE Tiffany & Co. family, so the original “Tiffany Mansion” still exists on its grounds today. Shortly after Atlantis on Brickell opened in 1982, it was made famous by being used in the opening credits of the “Miami Vice” television series and also in the famous 1983 film, “Scarface.”
