Last week, The Miami Beach Design Review Board gave approval for the construction of a brand-new multi-family bayfront development on the Venetian Islands.
Euroamerican Group plans to build two, 5-story buildings on a 3.5-acre waterfront parcel located at 31 Venetian Way on the north side of Belle Isle. The luxury condo development, which will include 750 feet of water frontage, will consist of 172 residential units and feature a beautiful bay walk and 297 parking spaces.
The project has been in the planning stages for 6 years and will replace 4 existing 3-story buildings that were built in 1939, according to TRD. This project was unanimously approved by board members last week.
Stay tuned for more renderings and additional information about this new luxury development on one of the most sought-after islands in Miami Beach.

About the Venetian Islands
The Venetian Islands are a chain of beautiful man-made islands in the sparkling waters of Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach. The Venetian Islands consists of 6 islands, connected by bridges on the Venetian Causeway, that include (from west to east) Biscayne Island, San Marco Island, San Marino, Dilido Island, Rivo Alto Island and Belle Isle.
The Venetian Islands feature a number of beautifully-landscaped luxury waterfront homes furnished with lavish details and offer spectacular views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. So, many from around the world call this tropical paradise home, and it continues to be an attraction to the wealthy for the elegant, relaxing, island lifestyle they can retreat to on a regular basis.
