Privé Island at Aventura is currently 60% sold, with 94 of the total 158 luxury condos purchased by buyers who have already put down 40% deposits. Currently, Privé is on its 9th floor of construction, has received its full vertical building permit and closed its $200M construction loan. Hence, this is a very secure project in which to invest, so I had no hesitation when the developer of Privé invited me to tour the project on a private helicopter tour of its construction and over the area surrounding it.
