Eighty Seven Park, the uber-luxe pre-construction condo development in Miami Beach designed by Italian starchitect Renzo Piano, is now 60% sold and vertical construction on the oceanfront tower should begin soon.

Additionally, the developer, Terra Group, has recently decided to create a new, 8,318-square-foot beach house residence inside the boutique tower. The beach house will include 4,888 square feet of interior space and 3,530 square feet of terraces and will span the entire northeast and southeast corners of the building on the 3rd floor. The residence will directly face the Atlantic Ocean, so the lucky buyer will have panoramic ocean views from every room, in addition to extraordinary views of the 35-acre park to the south.
