Last week, I sold Unit 2501 at Marquis Residences in Downtown Miami for $1,150,000. I represented the sellers in this transaction who were recently transferred to Spain. Located at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, Florida, Marquis Residences offers it residents direct views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami Beach skyline. Of all the buildings along the Biscayne corridor, none can compare with Marquis Residences except the condos at 900 Biscayne Bay.
