The spectacular $300 Million Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science is on its way to an on-time summer 2016 opening in Downtown Miami, although an exact opening date is yet to be announced, according to Miami Today.

The rapid progress of the Frost Science Museum is apparent as you drive down Biscayne Boulevard and see that most of the exterior construction of the 4-building complex is complete. The 250,000 square-foot museum will feature a planetarium, 500,000-gallon aquarium, multiple exhibits and beautifully-landscaped outdoor exhibit and event space. The 4-building museum complex will be powered by sun, wind and water in addition to conventional resources.

Located in the epicenter of Miami beside the brand-new Museum Park and Pérez Art Museum Miami, the Frost Science Museum will be an extraordinary addition to the remarkable transformation of Downtown Miami.
