The event was a full house and one of the best sales gallery launch parties I have ever attended in South Florida! The Eighty Seven Park sales gallery is quite impressive with two scale models of the project, the first of which (above) shows the entire project including its beach frontage, a private 1.5-acre park to the north and a 35-acre park to the south that is going to be completely renovated in time for the completion of the condo tower. The second scale model featured (below) is from Renzo Piano’s woodworking shop where he creates his architectural designs in wood before they become full masterpieces.
