Plans have recently been filed for Wynwood 25, the newest mixed-use development on the horizon for Wynwood, proposed by East End Capital, the developers responsible for the newly-finished Wynwood Arcade.

The proposed Wynwood 25 mixed-use development, upon approval, will offer 289 highly-efficient, affordable residential rental units right in the heart of Wynwood offering mostly studio and 1-bedroom units, with 80% expected to rent for less than $2,000 per month. The overall project will consist of 400,000 square feet of space which will include 31,000 square feet of ground retail space and 340 parking spots.

The project will be located between NW 24th & 25th Streets, immediately west of NW 2nd Avenue, situated on a popular block between Panther Coffee and Wynwood Walls, where affordable housing is in high demand to further transform the evolving warehouse district.

Amenities at Wynwood 25 will fit in with the special culture of its hipster surroundings and will include 12,000 square feet of green courtyard space, a yoga studio within a high-tech fitness center, coffee lounge, work-from-home spaces and dog grooming facilities.

The project is expected to break ground in the 1st quarter of 2017.
