The Collection Residences in Coral Gables Set to Launch at $700 Per SQ/FT

 
CMC Group, Inc., Miami’s leading luxury development group founded by acclaimed Ugo Colombo, is getting ready to launch sales for their newest luxury project, The Collection Residences in Coral Gables in the next few weeks, according to The Next Miami.

CMC Group, also known for luxury developments such as Grovenor House in Coconut Grove and Santa Maria in Brickell, plans to make The Collection Residences stand out among other condo developments in Coral Gables. The Collection Residences will be more of a boutique-style condo development with large residences and extravagant features and will be more expensive than any other new construction development in Coral Gables. Although Coral Gables condos have closed at an average of $332 per square foot over the past 6 months, The Collection Residences are expected to start at a whopping $700 per square foot with condos averaging in size of about 2,500 square feet.

Specifics of the condo development have not been confirmed yet, but at the end of 2013, Shoma Homes, a partner in this luxury project, submitted plans for The Collection Residences that consisted of a 10-story tower with 270 luxury residences designed by Arquitectonica and Duany Plater-Zyberk. The Collection Residences will be situated at 250 Bird Road in Coral Gables, just next to South Florida’s premier car dealership, The Collection, that specializes in uber-luxury cars such as Aston Martin, McLaren, Ferrari, Maserati, Porsche, Audi and Jaguar.
