Paramount Miami Worldcenter Demolition, Groundbreaking & Contracts

Some people are saying that Paramount Miami Worldcenter will break ground within the next few weeks and that is just not completely accurate. I have confirmation that the demolition of Mekka, a former nightclub that will be replaced by the billion dollar mega-project, is scheduled to start within the next few weeks. Groundbreaking of the project will not begin until August of this year, which is still pretty much on time with the original schedule.

As far as contracts for luxury condos at Paramount Miami Worldcenter, notification letters are being drafted as we speak for the people who have already reserved units at Paramount Miami (I am told the building is around 50% reserved at this time) and have wired their 10% deposits. The notification letters explain that reservations will be converting to contracts “within the next few weeks.” An exact contract release date is still yet to be determined at this time. Once those buyers execute their contracts they will need to deposit another 10% with the developer to ensure the purchase of their ultra-luxury condo at Paramount Miami Worldcenter. I’m sure these buyers can’t wait to be part of such a remarkable luxury development with truly unprecedented amenities.
