Monday, contracts were officially made available for reservation holders at the highly-anticipated Paramount Miami Worldcenter. I had the honor of representing the very first contract signer on Monday afternoon at the Paramount Miami sales gallery. In fact, I had the triple honor since my client had signed his contracts for 3 side-by-side units on the 46th floor.
