One River Point Will Elevate Luxury Living on the Miami River

 
Douglas Elliman held a private luncheon today at Cipriani exclusively for a handful of top brokers to present the newest luxury condo development in Miami, One River Point by Rafael Viñoly.

One River Point will be located at 24 SW 4th Street along the Miami River in Downtown Miami. One River Point will consist of two 60-story condo towers that will rise above a floating podium from which a serene waterfall will cascade 85 feet to a shimmering pool that will appear to flow directly into the Miami River. From its vantage point within the private and lusciously-landscaped park setting, the floating podium will afford panoramic views down the Miami River, the city skyline and to Biscayne Bay and beyond.

The 18 units currently for sale start at $755 per square foot in the west tower and $760 per square foot in the east tower and range in size from 804 to 1,917 square feet.
