These developments are what we consider the best overall buy, which does not mean the cheapest, necessarily. Our top picks are based on an accumulation of traits, such as location, value proposition, long-term value, architect, development team and amenities.

Now, also keep in mind, every buyer has a different idea of the “perfect” residence or vacation home, so choosing the right pre-construction development ultimately depends on your wants and needs in a project. The late, legendary starchitect Zaha Hadid really outdid herself on her last residential project One Thousand Museum, which is situated across from Biscayne Bay in the epicenter of Downtown Miami.
