On Tuesday, we had an exclusive hard hat tour of the still under construction, ultra-luxe Biscayne Beach condo development situated along Biscayne Bay in Edgewater. Now keep in mind, PH 8 is the only other 2-story mega penthouse in the building, and it was sold for a whopping $8.6 Million ($1,020 per square foot), setting a record for the neighborhood of Edgewater. At that same price per square foot, PH7 would be $8,036,000. So, if I had to guess, I would say there is room for negotiation on PH 7….so, who is ready to make an offer?!
