This week, I sold Unit 1901 in the North Tower at the St. Regis Bal Harbour Residences for $6.5M to a businessman from New York. Located at 9705 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour, Florida, Unit 1901 encompasses the entire northern end of the building.
