Zaha Hadid’s One Thousand Museum project topped our list as the best pre-construction condo project to buy in 2016. Plans for the 62-story luxury tower include only 83 bespoke units that range from 4,503 to over 15,000 square feet. One Thousand Museum will offer its residents stunning, open-concept, flow-through layouts with 10-20-foot ceilings, Italian-designed gourmet kitchens and spacious terraces with direct bay and ocean views.
