Lebron James Lists Coconut Grove Home for $17 Million

Lebron James Lists Coconut Grove Home for a Whopping $17 Million

Lebron James has listed his gorgeous, waterfront mansion in Coconut Grove for $17 Million, currently the most expensive home on the market in The Grove.  Seems like a lot since he purchased the home in late 2010 for $9 Million, but this shows how hot the Miami real estate market is right now.  Well, it also doesn’t hurt that King James himself actually lived in this luxury mansion.

Built in 2010, Lebron’s bayfront, Coconut Grove home consists of 6 bedrooms, 8 ½ bathrooms and totals approximately 16,768 square feet of living space and 4,500 square feet of entertainment space, according to Curbed Miami.  This Coconut Grove luxury home also boasts a chef’s kitchen, custom, home theater, guest home, rooftop sundeck, an infinity-edge pool overlooking the stunning Biscayne Bay and a boat dock large enough to accommodate two, 60-foot, mega yachts.
