Missoni Baia, the newest ultra-chic development in Edgewater, has unveiled its sales center and floor plans, giving us a glimpse of what the grand collaboration between the OKO Group and the internationally-renowned Italian fashion house Missoni will look like when completed in 2018. Missoni Baia, a 56-story residential tower located bayfront at 700 Northeast 26th Terrace in Edgewater, celebrates the timeless appeal of bayfront living and gives form to the expert integration of style, design, craftsmanship and engineering, along with the relaxed luxury that has defined Missoni. Further, Missoni Baia will resemble a piece of artwork as it is comprised of timeless materials including glass walls, limestone and delightfully-designed Missoni signature accents.

Missoni Baia will consist of 146 luxury residences ranging in size from 2,400 to 3,672 square feet (not including the townhouse units or penthouses) offering two to four bedrooms. The North and South residences boast flow-through layouts with private elevators and 270-degree views including Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Residences at Missoni Baia will feature 10’+ ceilings, European-custom-designed kitchens with Italian cabinetry and premium Gaggenau appliances, spa-inspired bathrooms, water views from all rooms and 10-foot deep terraces with stunning views of Biscayne Bay.

Missoni Baia will also offer 3 dramatic duplex townhouse units occupying the 3rd & 4th floors and 2 penthouses featuring zero-edge private plunge pools overlooking the bay with sculptural glass-enclosed staircases.

With all of the new projects in Greater Downtown Miami, at first glance of the project, I thought the pricing may be too high for Edgewater. However, when I looked into the background of the team of collaborators, especially the developer’s CEO, Vladislav Doronin, then saw the renderings, my mind quickly changed.

The developer of this project is OKO Group which is led by its founder, CEO and Chairman Vladislav Doronin. OKO Group is what makes this project different from others in Miami.
