27@Lincoln is Another Office Building on the Horizon for Coconut Grove

27@Lincoln is the newest mixed-use development on the horizon for the highly-sought-after neighborhood of Coconut Grove, offering first-class office and retail space in a prime location in The Grove.

Located at 3151 SW 27^th Avenue in Center Coconut Grove, 27@Lincoln will be a boutique 5-story building located near prestigious South Bayshore Drive, and close to CocoWalk. The building will encompass 68,000 square feet of ‘Class A’ office space and 5,000 square feet of retail space.

Developed by LointerHome and designed by William Hamilton Arthur IV, the mid-rise building will offer wrap-around balconies, an activated rooftop terrace/garden and an innovative underground parking garage with hydraulic car elevators.

27@Lincoln is not the first new office building on the horizon in Center Coconut Grove, since it was recently announced that a 1980’s well-known parking garage will be transformed into a modern mixed-use development dubbed “Mary Street,” very soon. Mary Street is being developed by acclaimed developer Terra Group, who is also developing the ultra-luxury residential condo development right down the street, Park Grove. Mary Street will be located right at the edge of CocoWalk at 2860 Oak Avenue and will be comprised of 75,000 square feet of ‘Class A’ office space, 20,000 square feet of retail space and ample parking. Mary Street is actually the first office building to be built in Center Grove in over 20 years!
